Distributors / Cost of goods
Your dealer account, your distributor pricing.
Effective July 15, 2026
AutoDataWorx connects your Shopify store to automotive parts distributors using your own dealer account. The cost of the products you source is billed to you by the distributor directly, under your existing dealer agreement with them — AutoDataWorx never collects, processes, or marks up those payments, and is not a party to them. The app’s own subscription is billed 100% through Shopify (see our billing compliance page).
Supported distributors
To use a distributor’s catalog — and, where the distributor supports it, route orders to them — you need an active dealer account with that distributor. If you don’t have one yet, apply directly on their site:
- ASAP Network — automotive aftermarket catalog data: product, pricing, and vehicle-fitment content for your store. Catalog data only — ASAP does not fulfill orders. Learn more and apply for a dealer account at asapnetwork.org. Once approved, ASAP issues the API token you paste into AutoDataWorx.
- Turn 14 Distribution — performance and aftermarket parts distribution. Learn more and apply for a dealer account at turn14.com. Once approved, Turn 14 issues the API credentials you connect in AutoDataWorx.
How cost of goods works
- You hold the dealer account and its credentials. AutoDataWorx stores your API credentials encrypted and uses them only to sync catalog data and transmit purchase orders on your behalf.
- When an order routes to a fulfillment-capable distributor (for example, Turn 14), the distributor invoices you for the goods at your dealer pricing, under the payment terms of your dealer agreement (for example, a card or terms you maintain directly with the distributor).
- AutoDataWorx adds no markup, takes no commission, and never touches the payment — the money moves between you and your distributor exactly as it would if you keyed the order into the distributor’s own portal.
What you pay AutoDataWorx
